Starter: Beetroot Tart
-A blend of marinated beetroot and mango served in walnut and thyme crust, topped with sesame cream and served with pickled beets and beetroot puree.
Main: Moroccan Style Stuffed Pepper
-A delicious mix of sundried tomatos, roast sqaush, cous cous, herbs and spices in a sweet roast pepper served with olive tapernade, pesto sauce, harrissa carrots and a rocket salad.
Dessert: Vegan Tiramisu
-Decadent vegan sponge cake soaked in espresso and layered with a vanilla cashew mascapone cream, cacoa nibs and a swipe of caramel sauce.
